Utilities Included Stay

Electricity, water, Wi-Fi and housekeeping are bundled into one monthly figure at our Andheri East property. No separate utility bills, no meter disputes, no surprise charges at the end of the month.

In a private rental in Mumbai you would be arranging and paying each of these separately, on top of rent, deposit and brokerage. Here it is a single number you can budget against.

Electricity is provided on a fair-use basis across shared meters. Where a property meters individually, this is disclosed before you move in — we would rather set expectations upfront than argue about it later.

The one-time ₹2,000 KYC and registration fee and the refundable one-month deposit are the only other amounts payable.
