Relocation and Project Team Accommodation

Furnished accommodation for teams relocating to Mumbai or deployed on short projects at our Andheri East property.

Project deployments rarely fit a rental agreement. A twelve-month lease with a lock-in makes no sense for a team that is here for eleven weeks, and hotels are unaffordable across that duration for more than a couple of people.

We take teams on monthly terms with no lock-in and a 30-day notice, which maps onto how project timelines actually behave. Utilities, Wi-Fi and housekeeping are bundled into the monthly figure.

Andheri East is well placed for deployments at SEEPZ, MIDC, the Andheri–Kurla business corridor, BKC and Powai — most of our corporate residents commute under half an hour.
