Enquiry data: when you call, message us on WhatsApp, email us or submit an enquiry, we collect your name, phone number, email address and the details of your accommodation requirement.

KYC and tenancy data: if you take up residence, Indian law and our internal policy require us to collect your permanent address, employer or institution details, emergency contact, and a government-issued photo identity document (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID or Driving Licence).

Website data: our website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and records anonymised usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device type and referring source.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to respond to enquiries, arrange site visits, prepare and administer residency agreements, meet statutory KYC and local police verification requirements, issue rent receipts and invoices, and send you service communications about your stay.
