Semester Length Stay

Students who commit to a full academic term at our Andheri East property pay less per month than those booking month-to-month. If you already know you are in Mumbai until the end of the semester, this is the cheaper way to book it.

A semester booking locks your bed and your rate for the whole term. You are not exposed to a mid-year rent revision, and you are not competing for a bed during the admission rush when Andheri East accommodation gets tight.

The same terms apply as any monthly stay — refundable one-month deposit, ₹2,000 one-time KYC fee, no brokerage. The difference is that your rate is fixed for the duration and the room is held for you.

Semester bookings suit students at institutions across the western suburbs, and anyone on a defined course length such as a diploma, certification programme or coaching batch.
