Parent Verification and Safety Protocol

Every student who checks in at our Andheri East property goes through a documented process in which parent and guardian contact details are recorded alongside the standard KYC documents.

The premises are under CCTV coverage across entry points and common areas, and entry is through a manned gate. Visitors are registered at reception. Residents may not host visitors in their rooms.

We are a men-only property, which keeps our house rules simple and consistently applied. Quiet hours run from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking and alcohol are not permitted in rooms or common areas.

For parents sending a son to Mumbai for the first time, this is usually the thing that matters most, and we are happy to walk you through the arrangements over a call before your son moves in.
